B-FIT with B12 is a food supplement with vitamin B12 and a delicious strawberry-vanilla flavour.
It contains 7 drinking ampoules à 7 ml = 49 ml
20 μg vitamin B12 (equivalent to 800% NRV) per drinking ampoule.
Vitamin B12 (cobalamins) is a collective term for a number of water-soluble compounds with the same biological effect. It is involved in processes in fat and amino acid metabolism and, together with folate, is important for blood formation, homocysteine concentration in the blood and DANN synthesis.
